It’s a scary thing, especially when I find it living inside me. But it’s not mine and it’s okay to talk about it. Like this…
Whatever it is that’s eating you, it’s okay.
That doesn’t mean you shouldn’t get help (let us know if you need us!) but know that it’s okay to feel whatever is happening and it doesn’t mean there’s anything wrong with you.
Your feelings are not you.
