“When I started working with Stephanie I felt like I was boxed in with my therapy license and even considered dropping it completely to be a life coach so I could be free to work with people my way.
Since our work together I have embraced my degree and license. I have big dreams of courses, retreats, hypnosis recordings in float tanks and who knows what else!
The funniest thing…we didn’t focus on my business for me to get here. We focused on me, and when I felt really good about me, new ideas came pouring out. I have the energy to put toward creating my business my way now.
My projected income for this year is more than 2x my income from before I started working with Stephanie. I definitely got my money’s worth and a lot more!
It was just another day. My son was at school , my daughter was taking a nap and I was doing another #freebie to see if I could get clarity around my “signature coaching package”—-was I ever in for a surprise!
That was 5 months ago.

I’ve let things go, I’ve forgiven myself, I have cried and laughed, I’ve been so angry and completely overjoyed. And I have given myself the allowance to be okay—no matter where I am or what I’m doing.
I used to be so uncomfortable receiving from others. I was the giver, the helper, that was my role. Now I can receive with ease. And in that I have not only been able to take in more money in my business (and feel really good about it.) I am able to receive love from others that was always there, that I had been denying myself because I didn’t know how to really take it in.
More Love and Connection In my life—these are the biggest gifts I have received in working with Stephanie, but those don’t even begin to cover the vast changes in my life.
My intuition has increased.
I have a new relationship with my body and I’m back to my high school graduation weight!
I’m taking a trip that I never thought would happen (that my husband and I have been talking about for over 3 years.)
I traveled across the US to see a friend I hadn’t seen in years by myself.
I take time for me.
I have more money than I’ve ever had in my life.
I love writing—and creating content is not something I have to think about anymore.
