digital hand and a real handI stumbled onto a concept this week that’s so practical and hopeful it hit me with a “Doh!” Homer Simpson obviousness.

It’s called cosmo-localism. The idea is simple yet powerful:

Design globally, manufacture locally.

Ideas, tools and designs are shared freely with a global audience, and then brought to life in your own place and your own community.

They’re doing this already with open-source designs for prosthetic hands, wind turbines and farming tools. Local makers take the designs and bring them to life where they’re needed.

There’s no battle over intellectual property or negotiating expensive licensing. The knowledge flows locally and then gets made locally. It’s a radical shift from the capitalist consumerist model of business.

It’s not about profit. It’s about sharing and serving.

This concept has me thinking about how I show up in business, especially when it comes to money.

What if money wasn’t something to hoard or defend, but something that naturally flows when we boldly share our value?

In the past month, I’ve noticed more of this. As I stop needing to control and focus with loving service, value shows up — and with it, money — from surprising and seemingly unrelated sources.

When we let go of fear and the need to “protect” what’s ours, we naturally create more value. And when value flows, money follows, effortlessly.

That’s the invisible design – global heart, local magic – that I’m out to awaken in your life through the specials I have going on this month: Momentum Coaching and The Money Map workshop.

Want to get real momentum on something you’ve been dreaming about? Let’s do it. Together, playfully in the next 30 days to completion with the Momentum Coaching Bundle →https://www.theawakenedbusiness.com/momentum23

Curious how to design money around a life you love, and not the other way around? Join me at The Money Map workshop this Wednesday, September 10th: Grab your spot →https://www.theawakenedbusiness.com/moneymap

If cosmo-localism has shown me anything, it’s that we all thrive when we share openly and flow with mutual, joyful value.

I love creating that world with you.

Yours in love and play,

Steph
