A serene circle of people sitting quietly in nature at dawnI’ve been volunteering with the 3PGC (The Three Principles Global Community) for a few years now.

3PGC is a non-profit organization dedicated to spreading the spiritual understanding discovered by Sydney Banks with people around the world. It’s dogma-free and non-religious, simple and life-changing.

I help schedule their free webinars, and every so often, I get to present for the community.

Last week was a double-header.

First, “Living Your Life From Flow,” about discovering natural clarity and confidence when you step into the flow of life, which you can watch here.

Second, “Going Deeper For Practitioners,” a session for 3PGC members who want to share this understanding for deeper impact.

It was my first time facilitating “Going Deeper,” and I ust admit, I had some doubts about my qualifications. But it sounded fun and I love hanging out in the community, so I didn’t let that stop me.

Great hairy dragon’s beard! I’m glad I showed up.

We gathered as an intimate group, and something magical happened.

An exploration opened around listening to silence — and we actually did it. Everyone got very still (even after the “official” listening time ended). The space felt tender and deeply connected.

At the end, one of the gentlemen present said it was the best 3PGC program he’d ever attended.

And today, I learned he raved about it to the Executive Board:
“It was so good! I love the direction you’re going with 3PGC.”

Of course, it feels wonderful to receive that kind of feedback, and yes, I’m sharing this to toot my own horn a little. It’s a growth edge for me, and it feels good to celebrate.

But you know the best thing?

It didn’t feel like I really “did” anything to create such a special experience.

I didn’t prepare. Ten minutes before, I picked up The Missing Link by Sydney Banks, found a passage to read, and let that be our starting point.

The rest flowed naturally.

It was just being me for 90 minutes with a group of beautiful humans, listening, discovering and creating a glorious, effortless experience of profound depth together.

This is so different from how I used to work.

Years ago, I worked hard to prove myself. I memorized presentations until they were perfectly timed.

And now, showing up as me is not only more fun, it’s more effective.

This is the power of allowing your true self to come through. Somehow, you just know what to do.

If this story resonates, stay tuned. Something new is unfolding in my world that’s all about creating from authenticity and ease. I’ll share more over the next couple days. (Hint: dragon energy may be involved.)

Yours in love and play,

Steph
