A half-finished sketch of a dragonMy Impossible Project has found me.

(An “impossible project” in the Creating the Impossible program is an incredibly inspiring project you attempt to complete in 90 days…even though it looks like you have a 20% or less chance of succeeding at it.)
Here’s mine:

Get 10,000 people to take The DragonHeart Quest.

“DragonHeartedness” is a return to the wild, creative, courageous heart we were born with.
This quest is intended to awaken the dragonheart of humanity through micro-acts of fierce love and creative expression rippling across the world. My hope is to inspire acts of wild creation, simply because it delights us.

Here’s how the DragonHeart Quest will work:

1. Create a tiny work of art, something you can do in under 10 minutes. (A sketch, painting, writing, song, etc.)

2. Give it to someone who won’t be expecting it, as a gesture of your love or appreciation. It cannot be anonymous; sharing your creation publicly is part of the game.

3. Then, nominate 3 people you think have dragonhearts to take the DragonHeart Quest by saying, “You’ve been DragonHearted!” and passing on the instructions.

4. Finally, share your story on the website.

Each milestone number of participants will unlock a new prize from the Dragon’s Treasure Chest. Prizes may include online or in person gatherings, special events, spontaneous storytelling, dragon channeling, dance performances, poems, t-shirts, dragon oracle cards, flash mobs, and more.

Now, I’m pretty clear about the direction of the project, but I think it needs a dash more spunk and audacity.

Maybe asking people to add their own weird flavor to their micro-art gift? Or require that the gift be presented to a complete stranger?

I’d love to know what you think.

Would you take the DragonHeart Quest?

Leave a comment and tell me what moves you.

Yours in love and play,

Steph 🐲❤️‍🔥

P.S. Declaring this project publicly is part of making it inevitable. ✨️
