Hello, love.
Last month, the IMPACT membership came to completion after two beautiful years of growing together as a community.
The vision for the next evolution of our community came to me as something called the Pantheon.
I talked about it for a bit, and then I stalled.
Not out of fear. I simply didn’t know where to go next.
Then January came on like a dragon-train of activity. New clients, awakening dance performances, collaborative projects and partnerships.
In the swirl of creation, the Pantheon faded into the background.
But it’s been alive within me all along. My attention is drawn once again to the community campfire my heart longs to spark.
So let me tell you about the Pantheon, what I know about it and what I don’t.
First of all, it’s not a “membership.” I think that’s part of what’s been confusing me.
It’s a community.
A gathering place.
A space where people meet to share what they love and get support. They come to learn, grow, enjoy
themselves and show up as who they really are.
It’s a place to engage the way we do in thriving, vibrant local communities or traditional marketplaces, except this one lives online (right now).
The Pantheon is not my thing. It’s ours.
I am a steward and guide of the Pantheon, but not the only one.
I want the people who gather here to feel ownership. Joy. The desire to step forward and create what they want to experience. If something doesn’t exist in the community, you are empowered to create it.
I see people sharing things they love. Teaching skills. Offering what they do inside their businesses.
Hosting spaces. Inviting others in.
Each person can have their own little home inside the larger village. A digital gathering place that feels alive, beautiful, and truly ours.
I imagine it like a marketplace.
There are open hours. You wander. You discover things you did not even know you were looking for.
There’s an oracle space. A listening corner. A place for deep presence. A space for creative wonderstorming. People who simply make themselves available to sit with you if you need someone.
And you belong there even if you are just quietly present. You can show up fully. You can lurk. You can step in and out with the seasons of your life. You do not have to be doing to be valued.
This community cares for its members not because it has to, but because it’s natural.
I also see us experimenting. With value, exchange and new ways of relating to money. With radical, heart-led experiments. Collaborative art. Collective storytelling. With pay-it-forward acts that move through the community like a river of generosity.
Some of this vision may happen. Some of it may not. Because I’m not inviting you into a finished structure.
We are arriving in the Pantheon to create it together.
This might strike some as a little weird. We’re more accustomed to dealing with hiearchy. The leader
tells us what we’re doing and then we join in.
This is different.
This is us asking, what do we want to build? How do we want to gather? What kind of culture do we want to live inside?
There will be structure. Governance. Systems. We can learn from beautiful models that already exist.
But the heart of this is loveinaction. It moves from trust and shared stewardship.
It feels magical to me, and different than any online community I’ve ever seen.
The right people for this are not just looking to get something from a community space.
They’re people who love to contribute and who want to bring their gifts. They know that when you give from the heart, it always comes back in unpredictable ways.
But the invitation to contribute comes with an equally emphatic invitation to step out or slow down when life calls you.
As I sit with all of this, what I know is this:
It is time to call the first ones together.
It’s time to gather our circle as the DragonHeart Council. These are the people who feel the spark in their body when they read this. The ones who want to help shape the culture, the rhythms, the ways we meet and create inside the Pantheon.
Our first official gatherings and events are coming in the next couple of weeks.
