an hour-glass, notebook and small plant on the tableI’ve been hosting online DragonHeart Pods for the past five weeks and I have to admit something…

The turnout hasn’t been so good.

Sometimes one person. Once I had two people, but only because I bullied Olly into joining from the next room.

Mostly it’s just me on zoom, sketching, painting or writing.

At first this looks like a problem, but I see it differently.

I show up for what I believe in. Even when no one else does yet.

It’s not blind optimism. It’s faith.

I know that if I show up willing to learn, create, and try new things, I’ll find what works.

(I bring that same relentless faith to my clients, too, by the way. I never stop believing in them.)

That doesn’t mean I ignore reality. Quite the contrary.

Yesterday, I asked a few close friends, “Why haven’t you taken the Dragonheart Quest?”.

I mean, these are people who love me and support me. And even they haven’t done it..

One of them said, “I looked at the website and thought, ‘I don’t think I can commit to that.’”

That’s useful.

Because the Quest takes 10 minutes. Literally.

So if it looks like a big commitment, that’s on me.

So I fixed it.

Chatsby helped me get as close to “click a button, take the Quest” as possible.

Now it’s simple:

Step 1 – Create something small in 10 minutes.

Step 2 – Give it to someone.

Step 3 – Tell us what happens.

That’s it.

Now you can do it all in a simple, step-by-step flow on the website. It even has a timer!

(I’m very proud of that timer, you know. Non-coder me building something is fun.)

A slow start isn’t failure. Things take the time they take, and all this feedback is showing me where things aren’t clear yet. Where I need to adjust and change.

This is where most people quit.

They take lack of response as a sign to stop. Doubt creeps in. But this is just when things get REAL.

Why am I so determined about the DragonHeart Quest?

Because I believe what you create matters.

You doing what you love matters. It ripples out into the world in ways we can never track.

And when you share that creation with someone else, it’s amplified.

This is how we change the world – one tiny moment of joy at a time.

So I’m still here. Still creating.

Still extending my hand to invite you in.

If you’ve been thinking about it, now it really is simple:
