Today I shall teach you a magic trick:

How to Make Something Inevitable.

Ever better, I shall do it right before your eyes in this very email.

Steph DragonHeart close-up (email) magician. ✨️

Here’s the deal:

I’ve been working on articulating the design and philosophy of Steph DragonHeart, and in so doing, creating some new experiences that are more dragon and less business.

The latest is called:

The Thing You Can’t Not Say

A short email experience designed to help people get unstuck, stop overthinking, and move on the thing that’s calling them.

I’m thinking it also includes daily audio messages, maybe over five days. Maybe it turns into something else entirely.

Here’s the problem:

When I think about creating it (lately), it feels kinda meh.

Not because I don’t like the idea. (I do.) Because I haven’t started yet.

I’m doing this weird insecurity hokey-pokey that I sometimes do before starting a new project. One foot in, one foot out. Will I or won’t I?

Now I’m pretty sure that once I’m doing it, the feeling will change completely. Creation will take hold and have its way with me, which is always fun.

The feeling of inspiration follows the movement, not the other way around.

Until today, when I remembered one of my all-time favorite coaching questions:

How can you make it inevitable?

Years ago, I thought the answer was accountability, deadlines, consequences and applying some form of pressure.

Now I think of it as a simple game.

You prime the pump with one small action to get things moving.

One declaration that says: this is happening.

So here I am, putting it into motion.

When I announce it publicly (even if it’s just to my little ole email list) I’m doing it. And if I ask you for help (spoiler alert on what’s coming next) it’s even more inevitable.

Plus, this sort of public demonstration of creation also happens to be my kink idea of a good time.

Watch the magic trick unfold before your very eyes…

Would you like to play the game of Inevitable Creation with me?

Answer one or more of these questions:

  1. Would a free email series called, “The Thing You Can’t Not Say” interest you?
  2. What would you hope to get from it?
  3. If this title does nothing for you, what question would you be more interested in exploring?

Just reply and tell me.

As a token of my gratitude, I shall reply with:

  • Something weird
  • Something mind-blowing and
  • Something uber-cute

No guarantees that YOU will find these things weird, mind-blowing and uber-cute, but I do. Your results will vary.

But you’ll see for yourself when you hit reply and play the game.

Yours in love and play,

Steph 🐲❤️
