I got an email today from my client, Kristian Larsen, with this exact subject:
You were right…
Before I tell you what it means, you need to know the backstory.
Kristian had a dream of the future. Literally.
In his dream, he was initiated into a virtual reality game called Fearless, designed to train people to become fearless.
He was shown how the game was played, how players progress through the levels, and the next level of consciousness that fearlessness unlocks.
This wasn’t just any dream. It was a vision.
When Kristian shared it with me, I felt inspired. These are exactly the kinds of impossible, transformational projects I love to help bring into the world.
So when Kristian came to me wanting to write and publish a book, and turn it into an app to use AI to “talk” with the book – and explained it as part of the larger ecosystem which would use technology to create insights at scale that would eventually lead to the creation of the Fearless virtual reality game – I gently suggested:
“What if Fearless doesn’t have to wait?”
But Kristian didn’t feel ready. He didn’t believe he could get enough funding to hire a team, and that he would have to wait until AI was powerful enough to support him creating it solo.
So he hired me to help him write and publish the book, and turn it into an app, as a stepping stone towards the big vision…which he’d be ready for “someday” (but not today.)
Kristian felt stuck with the book, pressured about the self-imposed deadline, and struggled with procrastination.
He broke through, found momentum with his book, and planned a campaign to crowdfund the development of his app. But something else was happening because…
When you feed your dreams, even a little, they start to grow. 🌱
Especially with me as your coach and catalyst.
And so it was that Kristian brought his project, AwareSpark, to an exclusive group in the LoveInAction Community. This was his invitation:
An Invitation From Kristian Larsen
Six years ago, a single conversation changed everything for me.
In a moment of insight, my experience of life transformed from chronic stress to deep peace. This gift was so profound that I’ve been exploring ways to create spaces where others might have their own insights.
AwareSpark is born from this journey – an AI-powered ecosystem designed to guide others toward their own moments of awakening.
I’d like to share with you the first component: an AI conversation tool that helps facilitate insights as you explore books or topics that matter to you.
I invite you to join me in experiencing this early version, offering your feedback, and perhaps catching a glimpse of the larger vision: a place where technology, community, and coaching come together to support our collective awakening.
– Kristian Larsen
The response from the community was electric! Kristian’s vision sparked the dreams of these changemakers, and they were excited to get involved.
I was so proud of him! And thrilled to see where his campaign to fund AwareSpark will go next. (You can learn more and support Kristian on his Substack here.)
And then, Kristian’s email arrived this morning:
Email Subject: You were right…
“The VR game has to wait” was just a story.
Dropping this story, I feel excited. It is possible!
It will be a part of the campaign.
Good magic,
Kristian
YES!!!
My heart is full of love and possibilities – and I am beyond thrilled to support Kristian in the creation of his BIG, life-changing dream.
Your big vision doesn’t have to wait.
If you’ve been telling yourself that you’re not ready…
…because you need to reach a smaller milestone first…
…because you need more experience or more money…
…because you need more clarity…
“My dream has to wait,” is just a story. It’s not true.
I’m calling for big dreamers who are ready to bring their vision into the world NOW. (Or who want to be.)
Steve Jobs describes them well:
“Here’s to the crazy ones. The misfits. The rebels. The troublemakers. The round pegs in the square holes. The ones who see things differently. They’re not fond of rules. And they have no respect for the status quo. You can quote them, disagree with them, glorify or vilify them. About the only thing you can’t do is ignore them. Because they change things. They push the human race forward. And while some may see them as the crazy ones, we see genius. Because the people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world, are the ones who do.”
If you’re sitting on a dream that both thrills and terrifies you, contact me. Tell me a bit about your dream, and we’ll chat. If it’s a match, we’ll know.
I’d be honored – no, over–the-moon thrilled and doing dragon backflips! 🐲 – to coach you into making that happen.
The future awaits. Now.
Yours in love and play,
Steph
