The 💩-tacular launch of my Black Friday special gave me a beautiful gift.
No, it wasn’t sales. It was feedback. Data.
After I asked this community why they didn’t buy, the theme was undeniable:
Most people simply didn’t want the offer.
Now, before you rush to reassure me (please don’t), let me way that I actually feel amazing about this.
I know it’s a busy time, and the email inbox is full of stuff…
….but when something comes along that’s red hot right-for-you, you find the time, space and money for it. You know?
Which means a flop is not a failure. It’s priceless intel.
So I rebounded by inviting everyone to vote for Steph’s Last Offering of the Year.
Today, counting up the votes and reading your notes, it occurred to me…
I don’t want to offer any of the 3 things I proposed right now.
I like these offers. I’d be happy to deliver them, but none of them feel like a Hell Yes.
So I asked the question that’s become my #1 Navigator in Life:
What do I actually want to do right now?
Not what I think I should do.
Not what I said I would do two days ago.

And I remembered my playful response to the sweetheart who said they love all my ideas and can’t wait to see what I pick…

That’s what I actually want to do.

FYI I’m also doing other things that are far more practical. (Yes, this dragon has a practical spleen to go with her big, playful heart.)
I’m creating the life and business I actually want to create. That’s way more important to me than acting on the “right” ideas or making “good” choices.
I’m acting on the ideas that feel like mine.
