What do you do when you screw up in public?
It’s a real question that every creative or entrepreneur with something to say (and something to sell) will face sooner or later. Probably sooner.
You might be wondering why I’m bringing this up right now. Well…
I screwed up this week.
Here’s the story…
Jasmyne and I launched our Get It Done Workshop on Tuesday after about a week of furious creative sprinting.
In typical Stephanie form, I made up a whole bunch of stuff and put it into motion, without thinking every little bit through.
I moved fast. Maybe too fast.
I forgot to consider:
- I gave you just four days to read, digest, consider and decide
- I didn’t account for the timing of our YouTube video release
- I didn’t align properly with John Bejakovic’s promotion of our offer (which hadn’t been sent yet)

Long story short, I closed enrollment too early.
This is fully on me. I’m the one who went into full-on tornado, get-it-done mode and threw caution to the wind.
Here’s the part that matters:
I know there are people who didn’t get a real chance to consider this offer.
So what do I do now?
Some of my marketing mentors would insist that you follow through on what you said you would do. People need to know you’re a person of your word, someone they can trust.
In other words, stick to your deadline no matter what. No exceptions.
Of course, I want to be a person of my word. I want to be trustworthy.
But what about when I screw up, and it’s not good for you, either?
My response is to be honest with you and do my best to make it right.
And so, we are officially extending enrollment for the Get It Done (and Have Fun!) Workshop right until we begin on May 7th.
Or until we hit 10 people. Whichever comes first.
This is for you if:
- You’ve been spinning with too many ideas or overwhelm, but you have something to share.
- You want to move something real intothe world – and have fun doing it.
- You like the idea of getting it done in real-time with friends to cheer you on.
It’s not for you if:
- You want more information and strategies to add to your collection.
- You need things to be perfect before you begin.
- You’re already in motion consistently and launching all the things you want. (Carry on, rockstar!)
You will learn by doing, by the way. Because action is the best clarifier, teacher and muse I know.

So while it’s important to me that I follow through on my words…
…it’s more important that I follow my heart.
Yours in love and play,
Steph 🐲❤️
P.S. 3 of the 10 spots are already taken and only a few days before we begin. ⏰️
