A conveyor belt full of boxes and a heartI could tell by the look on her face. The answer was NO.

I was meeting with my financial coach, Joan, who thinks in spreadsheets, figures and data.

She makes strategic plans, while I lead with flow. Sometimes my fluidity befuddles her, but she’s cool enough to respect it.

Which is exactly why she seemed like the perfect person to ask.

“Should I spend money on this?”

I explained the offer:

The marketer would help me create a “productized” coaching offer, one promising specific results. More like a product than general coaching. It’s proven as a more effective way for coaches to get clients.

To sweeten it, he offered a guarantee. He’d keep working with me on the offer (or series of offers) until I make my money back.

Joan scrunched her brow and asked some questions to be sure she understood the offer and why I would consider it. And finally, she said:

“It sounds like the antithesis of what you do.”

I laughed.

She was right.

Productizing a coaching offer isn’t what I really want to do. It’s what I’m willing to do, and my marketing brain tells me it will work.

But what do I actually want?

I love designing coaching offers for a single human at a time. They’re custom, alive and co-created.

Sometimes they might look “productized” because they include specific goals, structures or deliverables. But deciding that in advance would steal the joy of discovery.

What I really want is to partner with visionary entrepreneurs who are up to cool shit. To help them get those brilliant ideas out of their heads and into the world where they make a difference.

Like my client who uses sound and stillness to bring people a lasting experience of presence.

Or my client who’s using technology to catalyze insight and transformation on a global scale.

Or my client who’s bringing humanity back to health care.

All of them have a message from the heart, a deep sense of purpose, and a desire to create real change They want to do it easefully and joyfully, so the journey is every bit as inspiring as the destination.

If you have a vision like this, want to do it your way, and discover what that is, I have space for a few new clients right now.

The best next step is to book a DragonHeart Portal Session.

You’ll get a “taste” of what it’s like to work/play with me (think: inspiring, playful, loving, provocative) to explore what you want and why it matters, and what’s on offer with life.

It’s a powerful conversation that’s valuable on its own, and it helps us see if working together is a match. And it’s only $25.

Never fear: my dragons and I promise not to bite. They might look a bit intimidating, but they’re the most fiercely loyal friends you’ll ever have. I really think you’re going like them.

You can book a session here.

Yours in love and play,
