One of my clients was in Portugal this week hosting a retreat not far from where I live. So we were excited to meet up.
Orit Krug was radiant when we first found each other in 2020, and her light shines even more brightly now.
When we first met, she already had a profitable online business, but it didn’t feel aligned. She’d been taught to launch programs and promote constantly on social media. It worked, but it felt exhausting.
She dreamed of hosting retreats around the world, but money fears kept her locked into a business model that didn’t feel like her.
Over the years of working and playing together, Orit has come to trust her intuition at a much deeper level. Today, her business is almost entirely group somatic retreats in gorgeous locations like Sedona, Spain, Greece and Portugal, along with 1:1 private retreats from her home.
She specializes in somatic retreats that help people discover deep love for themselves and their relationships.
Her income has more than doubled. She works less. And she’s doing exactly what once seemed too risky.
I can’t take credit for Orit’s accomplishments. She’s brilliant and passionately devoted to her work. But I will say this:
When someone chooses to go deeper into love, trust and creative alignment with a trusted guide, things move.
Orit was also the first person to say yes to an in-person immersive coaching retreat with me in St. Petersburg, Florida. Then we did another in New Jersey after that.
What’s clear to me is that Orit doesn’t “need” me. She chooses depth.
And somehow, despite living on different continents, we see each other in person once or even twice a year. That level of investment says something about both of us.
It was a treat to show Orit a bit of my Portugeuse hometown and catch a wildly vibrant sunset together on the beach.
Being in person adds magic to the work.
