picker wheelCreating clients through connection is simple and anyone can do it.

Have a conversation. Listen. Serve.

But when you’re sitting in front of your laptop with a blank screen and a spinning mind, you might wonder:

Where do I start?

What does “connecting” actually mean?

What kind of conversations should I be having?

Last month’s IMPACT membership Quest was about making real connections and inviting people to meaningful conversations.

To get people off their butts and into action, I introduced them to a free tool called the Picker Wheel. 🎡

It’s a simple online spinner you can customize with any prompts you like. In this case, I populated it with low-pressure actions that get you connecting right away.

Simply spin the wheel, and let the picker gods choose your action.

It can feel a little scary/exciting to commit before you know what it is, but it’s also kind of magical.

The magic Picker Wheel solves an all-too-common problem that keeps changemakers from actually helping the people they’re here to serve:

Analysis Paralysis.

They spend so much time thinking about doing the right thing, that they end up doing no-thing at all.

That isn’t good for your potential clients and it sure ain’t good for your bank account.

So the Picker Wheel helps you skip the overthinking and just do something. Any action will move you forward, give you feedback, and activate the power of momentum on your behalf.

Here’s the Connection Picker Wheel I created for members to use last month:

This month in the IMPACT membership we’re leaning into our new theme: Play & Get Paid.

We’re exploring how to bring more joy, creativity, and authenticity to sharing your work and receiving beaucoup bucks for it.

And there’s some nice overflow energy from the Love Money course that’s happening at the same time.

Our Quest this month is the 90 Day Money Game, a playful experiment in asking for and receiving money for your heartfelt service.

Yours in love and play,

Steph
