a lady looking at her laptop and a cute dragon on her sideToday I met with one of the most talented coaches I know.

She’s brilliant with certifications up the yin-yang, and so much to offer people.

She started describing what she knows about natural cycles and the amazing results her clients experience.

“I should really create a course,” she said.

Everything inside me was screaming, Yes! Do it.

But I managed to keep my dragon-thusiam in check. Instead I said:

“Why don’t you?”

She blinked. “I really don’t have the time. Plus, I’m in the middle of another training, and I’d want to include that…”

Just like that, she talked herself out of it. The idea was gone.

This happens all the time.

It’s not because of procrastination. They’re not lazy. Hell, they’re experts at keeping themselves busy with learning and creating content.

They don’t lack ability.

They just haven’t chosen.

Talented people are really good at keeping busy. They love learning, researching and planning.

They spend months in “thinking mode,” generating dozens of smart options. Often, they have so many really good ideas that they just can’t pick one.

But none of that creates as much momentum as ONE real choice.

The moment you choose energy moves. Once you’re in action, the noise in your head quiets. The next natural step appears.

People tell themselves they need more time. *bullshit! cough*

What they really need is commitment.

Not forever. You don’t have to say yes to the whole thing at once.

Just the next real thing.

Too many meaningful projects stay trapped in the idea stage. They don’t need more thinking and planning.

They need a moment of truth.

Jasmyne DesBiens and I have been building something for exactly this moment.

It’s for the person who knows there’s something to make and it’s time to move.

It’s called Get It Done (and Have Fun!), a workshop designed just to get you out of your head and into action, with Jasmyne the Inspiress, me and my dragons (of course).

We’re drawing on decades of experience getting stuff out of people’s heads and into the world.

Tomorrow I’ll tell you the story of how The Awakened Business almost never happened…and what finally broke the spell of overthinking.

Yours in love and play,

Steph 🐲❤️‍🔥
