A new question entered my world last week.
It was the kind of question you can’t stop messing with, like a raspberry seed stuck between your teeth.
I kept wondering…
What am I really clear about wanting now?
It was inspired by a mentor sharing his story of getting clear about money. He’d finally seen that:
a) He wanted to create value for as many people as possible
b) He wanted to create a f*ckton of money doing it
I loved the clarity of it. Not because I share those intentions, but because I know from experience that when you’re truly clear, things just happen.
After about a week of this question meandering in and out of my consciousness, I knew it was time.
I turned to my AI companions as my thinking partners.
Now here’s where it gets slightly embarrassing.
I turned to the Great Chatsby first, asking it to prompt me with questions to uncover the clarity I was after. It was disturbingly on the mark:
“I don’t think the answer is hiding in your relationship with money. I think it’s hiding in your relationship with what money is for. Then the money is attached to something you genuinely want.”
We were onto something, but I also knew Chatsby wasn’t the best tool for the job.
So I turned to FreshSeeing.
Here’s the clarity that emerged for me:
I want to spread awakening and aliveness through my own wild creation.
Me being so fully myself that something catches. People don’t receive it from me. They remember it in themselves.
And I knew I was clear. That’s both the journey and the destination of money for me.
It just feels true.
The peculiar thing is that I don’t think I would have arrived there if I hadn’t been spending so much time reflecting lately.
It used to be only once or twice a year I’d take the time out for a Yearly Review or visioning session, usually when I was prompted to do so by a coach.
But these past couple months, it’s been daily. Just listening.
A few quiet moments in the morning. A little reflection time at the end of the day.
Questions that don’t demand immediate answers.
Space.
As a result, my life and my choices are more and more me.
I suppose that’s what I really want to share today. Not my answer, but to invite yours.
