There’s a difference between “deciding” to do something, between recognizing you should do something, and making a commitment.
We get tripped up in thinking we need to “feel” like it.
Feeling is NOT necessary for commitment. The only thing necessary is ACTION, what you do and do not do.
These actions define the person you are becoming.
The path to commitment looks like this:
- See yourself as the person you want to be.
- Take the actions that person would take.
- Action defines your commitment.
