hands of a man writing on the empty notebookI’ve been thinking about the DragonHeart Quest lately because…

I’ve been struggling.

Struggling to get people to do it.

Struggling to get myself to go all with sharing it.

Struggling to understand why I’m doing this in the first place.

And today it occurred to me…

What if I set it all down?

Just give it up. Give it over.

Not throwing the dice in the air, kicking over the gameboard, and running away from the game.

But giving up worrying and trying to make it happen.

When I give up all the shoulds and have tos, and all that pressure…what’s left?

I can see it more clearly now.

The DragonHeart Quest isn’t about getting people to do anything. It isn’t about me facilitating it.

It’s witnessing the moment when creative inspiration takes over a human being.

I’ve seen it happen again and again.

Someone picks up a crayon. They put their fingers on the keyboard.

And suddenly something is moving through them. They disappear in the movement of creation.

There’ a magic in it that’s hard to describe, other than to say I’m absolutely, gob-smackingly awestruck by the creative power that shows up.

This is what I want to witness, experience and know more deeply again and again the mind-blowing, unfathomable awesomeness of being alive.

This is what I want you to see

Not as an idea, but as a lived experience.

So here it is. Your invitation into a tiny moment of wonder that just might open up a whole new world
for you. For us.

Take the DragonHeart Quest.

Create something small and simple. Feel your heart pound as you give it away. Watch the ripple.

And if you’re really brave, join with a few others and host a DragonPod.

Your DragonHeart was born with wings.
